Directors has recently (August 2nd, 2006) released an
important and timely position paper to the provincial government
entitled "Investing in Healthy People and Communities Through Community
Recreation and Parks Infrastructure" - see ARPA

below. The position paper, which was prepared through the
Association's Infrastructure and Utilities Committee, is supported
by extensive province-wide recreation facility assessments
undertaken over the past 3 to 4 years as well as other relevant
research reports which are also identified and linked below.
